Where it comes from
Grown, not drilled.
Most plastic organizers are injection-molded from polypropylene or ABS, both refined from crude oil. Ours start as a plant. Corn and sugarcane pull carbon out of the air and store it as sugar, and that sugar becomes the PLA we print with.

Those plant sugars are fermented into lactic acid.

Lactic acid is turned into PLA, the filament we print with.

Why plant-based matters.

Renewable, not fossil
PLA starts as a fast-growing plant crop, a renewable feedstock, instead of crude oil pumped from the ground.

No petroleum base
Standard organizers are usually PP or ABS, both refined from petroleum. Ours never was.

No BPA or phthalates
PLA is not made with BPA or phthalates.
End of life
Made to keep, not to toss.
PLA is industrially compostable where those facilities exist, but it will not break down in a home compost bin or a landfill. So we build these to be kept and reused. The most sustainable move is simply to use yours for years.
The honest part
Where we draw the line.
It is not made for high heat
PLA softens at a low temperature, around 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep it out of the dishwasher, the oven, and hot cars.
It is not a food-contact surface
Printed parts have fine layer lines and added color, so we do not sell them as food-safe. They hold packaged items like bags and pods, not loose food.
No plastic is risk-free
Our claim is a narrow one. For something that lives in your kitchen every day, a renewable plant-based material is a better everyday choice than petroleum plastic.

Every piece we print is plant-based PLA. Renewable, and never petroleum.
